The accessories are very delicate and should be handled with care.
If you experience any skin problems
- Please stop using it immediately and consult a specialist.
Situations when you should refrain from wearing
- Saunas and other high-temperature places (may cause burns).
- Extremely cold places such as ski resorts (may cause frostbite).
- When doing physical labor or sports, or when taking care of children (may cause physical harm or damage).
Need to consult a physician
- People who have a cardiac pacemaker (always consult a doctor before using products containing magnets).

- Wipe off sweat and dirt after use to prevent rust and discoloration.
Storage method
- Please avoid direct sunlight, dust, and high temperatures, and store in a jewelry box, drawstring, or other scratch-resistant location.
Cleaning
- At home: Please wipe with a cloth specially designed for metal. Please note that the surface texture of plated accessories may change if abrasive cloths are used. Cloths are available at our stores and online store.
- In-store: Free refinishing and cleaning services are available at all stores.
About Quality
Handmade Products
- Please note that there is a slight variation in each item because we make our products by hand.
Brass Products
- Please remove and store the product when washing hands or taking a bath, as it is vulnerable to perspiration, water, and moisture.
- If the product is not used for a long period of time, we recommend storing it in a bag to prevent oxidation.
Ring Products
- The ring may be deformed if strong force is applied.
- Please note that deformation can damage the design and cause the stone to come off.
- Please note that some rings cannot be resized due to design reasons, some rings may be slightly out of size, and some rings may have engravings that are bent.
Chain Products
- Products that use chains, such as necklaces and bracelets, have a mechanism whereby the connecting parts that connect the chain to the clasp are disconnected when a load is applied.
This is for your safety and to prevent the chain from breaking in the middle.

In case of damage
- If your product is damaged, we will repair it.
Please contact our store for repair.
Repairs due to damage will basically be charged. - Please note that we may not be able to repair damaged items due to loss of parts or damage to the item.
