At glanta, we offer free ring polishing after purchase, so you can always restore your rings to their original shine.
Polishing services are available at any of our stores, not just the one where you made your purchase, so feel free to bring your ring to any nearby location.
Size Adjustments
If you bring your ring to one of our stores at a later date, we can adjust the size for free.※1
You can resize the ring to be either smaller or larger.※2
If your ring becomes loose due to changes in your body, it can become easier to slip off and risk being lost.
To prevent losing your precious rings, it's a good idea to get the size adjusted when needed.
Size adjustments are available at all our stores,※3 so feel free to bring your ring to any nearby location, even if it wasn't where you originally purchased it.※3
Some ring designs cannot be resized. Additionally, depending on the type of adjustment needed, there may be a fee.
Significant size changes, such as moving the ring to a different finger, may cause damage and could be declined.
